preferably handled international sales profile for at least 3-15 yrs in Low Voltage Switchgear products dealing
Should have done complete Export transaction

Desired profile of the candidate:

1. Identification of the Market Potential & focus countries in Europe / Middle East / Africa.

2. Execute the detailed sales plan to achieve revenue objectives (Business Volume) and achieving the same(Order Value)  

3. Making the business plan with the team and decide the business targets and approve with management.

4. Decide the team action plan / strategy for the team depending on the region, geographical and present political situations.

5. Make the budget for planned actions and Setting Sales Targets for individual team members.

6. Conduct the periodic review meetings with the team and identify the hurdles and problem areas.

7. Monitoring your team's performance and motivating them to reach targets.

8. Identify the competition in business and market share.

9. Compiling and analyzing sales figures.

10. Making the distributors policy and periodic review of distributors.

11. Periodic analysis of customer satisfaction level using tools and identify the area of improvements.

14. Recruitment & training (technical, commercial & international business).

Position: Sales Engineer

Qualification: BE (Electronics/ Electrical) / preferred M.B.A.

Experience: Relevant experience of at least 3 to 4 Years in sales in Electrical or Electronic Industry.

Desired profile of the candidate:

Candidate shall be responsible for handling sales, developing business for Rishabh Instruments.
Achieving Individual sales targets segment / geography wise.
Payment and C form collection.
Engagement and handholding dealers.
Visit existing and potential customers for new business regularly
Provide customers with quotations / offers
Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales
Coordinate within company with all departments for smooth order execution and after sales service requirements.
Gather market and customer information and provide feedback on buying trends to ASM / RM
Represent organization at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations
Identify new markets and business opportunities
Appropriate Reporting to ASM / RM as per company guidelines
Performs sales activities on major accounts and negotiates sales price and discounts in consultation with ASM / RM
Collaborate with ASM / RM to develop sales strategies to improve market share in all product lines.
Collaborate with ASM / RM to establish and control budgets for sales promotion and trade show expenses.


Sales Engineer - Solar Inverter


Position: Sales Engineer-Solar Inverter 

Location: Chennai / Bangalore / Hyderabad

Qualification: BE - Electrical

Experience: Relevant experience of at least 3 to 4 years in sales of Solar Inverter .

Major Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Introduce solar inverter products in respective region.
  • Map potential customers and generate leads for the business.
  • Devise strategies and techniques necessary for achieving the sales targets of the organization through effective planning and budgeting.
  • Ensure business growth and meeting revenue targets.
  • Maintain and improve relationships with the clients.
  • Timely payment collection and generate repeat business from clients.
  • Responsible for brand promotion.
  • Liaising with other functional / departmental heads to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction. · 

Required Skills:

  • Relevant experience of 3-4 years in Solar Inverter sales.
  • Electrical engineering background and should be able to guide installation & commissioning of solar inverters along with customer’s installation team.
  • Should be able to handle first level of after sales service calls.
  • Knowledgeable on power point presentations, MS excel, MS word.
