Desired profile of the candidate:

1. Identification of the Market Potential & focus countries in Europe / Middle East / Africa.

2. Execute the detailed sales plan to achieve revenue objectives (Business Volume) and achieving the same(Order Value)  

3. Making the business plan with the team and decide the business targets and approve with management.

4. Decide the team action plan / strategy for the team depending on the region, geographical and present political situations.

5. Make the budget for planned actions and Setting Sales Targets for individual team members.

6. Conduct the periodic review meetings with the team and identify the hurdles and problem areas.

7. Monitoring your team's performance and motivating them to reach targets.

8. Identify the competition in business and market share.

9. Compiling and analyzing sales figures.

10. Making the distributors policy and periodic review of distributors.

11. Periodic analysis of customer satisfaction level using tools and identify the area of improvements.

Prescription (Marketing) - Engineer / Sr Engineer

 

Position: Prescription ( Marketing ) Engineer - North 

Location: Delhi 

Qualification: BE Electrical / BE Electronics

Experience: Relevant experience of at least 2 to 6 years in Marketing & Business Development .

Major Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for identifying electrical consultants in respective region.
  • Discuss electrical products with all electrical consultants, ensure strong contact with consultants & with panel builder, fair knowledge of panel builders in nearby areas, will act as an important player between clients & panel builders.
  • Achieving the product wise targets for number of consultant’s approval set in consultation with the top management.
  • Achieving the region wise targets for the business coming through consultants with the help of Sales team.
  • Imparting product trainings to the team in order to get the expertise in all products.
  • Preparing and enhancing the database of the consultants along with contact details.
  • Preparing and implementing the schedule of consultants visit for introduction of company and products.
  • Development and implementation of the detailed procedure for consultant’s approval for products.
  • Resolving technical queries received from consultants with the help of concerned product managers.
  • Providing all the necessary credentials / documents pertaining to the particular product group to the consultant with the help of concerned product managers.
  • Arrangement and execution of product seminars especially for consultants in a particular city with the help of Product Managers.
  • Visit to different trade shows to gather the consultant data.
  • Preparing the database of government institutions / companies and approaching them for product approvals.
  • Ensuring End customer’s projects lists include Rishabh Instruments name in it.
  • Seminars at End users premises with local sales team.

Position: Sales Engineer

Qualification: BE (Electronics/ Electrical) / preferred M.B.A.

Experience: Relevant experience of at least 3 to 4 Years in sales in Electrical or Electronic Industry.
