With the advent of the Companies Act, 2013, constitution of a Corporate Social Responsibility Committee of the Board and formulation of a Corporate Social Responsibility Policy became a mandatory requirement. Therefore, the Company seeks to formulate a robust CSR Policy which encompasses its philosophy and guides its sustained efforts for undertaking and supporting socially useful programs for the welfare & sustainable development of the society.

Green Energy Innovation!

On September 5, 2024, IIT Jodhpur, Rajasthan celebrated Teachers' Day. Serving as the Guest of Honour, Mr. Narendra Goliya, Chairman and Managing Director, highlighted the importance of impactful education and introduced the newly established Rishabh Centre for Research and Innovation in Clean Energy. This initiative was supported by a generous donation of Rs 70 Cr. aiming to promote sustainable energy solutions and underscores the institution's commitment to advancing research and innovation in critical areas for the future. 

Mr. Narendra Goliya during his addressal announced two significant research chairs to promote the research excellence of faculty members at IIT Jodhpur, Rajasthan: The Goliya Chair for Energy Research, and The Johri Young Faculty Fellowship for Energy research. 

Mr. Narendra Goliya also emphasizes that character building in education is not just about academic knowledge but also about the profound influence of teachers and the vital relationships they foster with students. This perspective highlights the role of impactful educators in shaping not only knowledge but also values and life skills, which are essential for the growth and development of future generations in India. Such relationships can inspire students to reach their full potential and contribute positively to society.

  • Sponsor of a master’s degree course in production management run by Lumel in association with Zielona Gora University, Poland; sponsored Indian students are supported for tuition fees, accommodation.
  • Providing education to children of labourers working on Rishabh Builders’ construction sites through the ‘RISHABH ARAMBH’ programme
