Statement of the Management Boards of LUMEL S.A. in Zielona Góra and MICROSYS, spol. s r.o. in Ostrava regarding the acquisition by LUMEL S.A. of 100% of shares in MICROSYS, spol. s r.o.

On August 6, 2024, LUMEL S.A. acquired 100% of shares in MICROSYS, spol. s r.o., whose main business activity is the development and sale of PROMOTIC software together with services. The system PROMOTIC represents modern SCADA software. It is used to build automation systems. It makes possible visualization, reporting and archiving of processes. Prepared reports can be published on the website, allowing access to information via the Internet. With regard to the extensive experience of both companies in the segment of dedicated industrial automation systems and strategic development plans, the Management Board of LUMEL S.A. considers the acquisition of 100% of shares of MICROSYS, spol. s r.o. as a step that will allow for the best use of new opportunities and the potential for development and market expansion of both companies. The well-known and recognized on the European market, the LUMEL brand which is a part of the Rishabh Capital Group, will take care of the organization and sale of software in the form of dedicated applications, thus providing the highest class solution (products + software) to current customers and ensuring product development to the potential users around the world. Work on software development will be carried out at the plant in Ostrava, Czech Republic, in cooperation with the development department of LUMEL S.A. MICROSYS, spol. s r.o. will focus its activities on software development and, together with LUMEL S.A., will conduct activities in the field of sales and service and, in the future, building the LUMEL brand on the Czech market.

Acquired the Sifam meter product line from a UK Company in 2014

Incorporation of Rishabh Instruments

Rishabh Instruments was founded in 1982 by Narendra Joharimal Goliya who is our Promoter, as well as our Chairman and Managing Director. He holds a bachelor’s degree in technology (electrical engineering) from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay and a master’s degree in science from the Leland Stanford Junior University. He has over four decades of experience in the manufacturing and electrical industry. Anchored by our 40-year presence in India, we strategically expanded our operations to overseas markets and have acquired and/or established seven foreign Subsidiaries – three in Poland, one in the United Kingdom, one in the United States of America, one in China and one in Cyprus.
